Whenever possible NTB Capital hires staff locally, particularly surrounding our projects.
This provides economic benefit as well as creating a stable and friendly relationship with the nearby villages.
Currently we hire local villagers in our investment projects as caretakers, security guards, land clearers, labourers and more.
In addition, we are actively seeking opportunities to be responsible and improve the standard of life for local communities.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Corporate Social Responsibility is at the core of our values.
It is an intentional decision to make a positive impact on the local environment and communities. In development projects, we will endeavor to train staff in hospitality, the English language, service of food and beverages, management and administration.
Wherever possible we will implement environmentally friendly options regarding waste management, recycling, water and energy usage.
